✔ Supports clinical patient services scope of department to include providing optimal nutritional care for patients.
✔ Coordinates patient food service policy and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies involving clinical nutrition therapy (screen, assessment, reassessment, patient education and consults).
✔ Responsible for implementation of patient food service systems, supervision and training of Unit Support Specialist.
✔ Coordinates development, review and revision of policies and procedures in coordination with Food and Nutrition Team Leader.

Work Schedule
Mostly Weekends. Hours and days will vary to accommodate the needs of the department and hospital.

Education: Completion of a Bachelor's of Science degree in Foods and Nutrition, which meets the standards established by the American Dietetic Association.
Registration: Must be registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
Licensure: Must attain state licensure, as applicable.
Experience: Previous hospital food service experience and one-year acute clinical hospital experience preferred.
